We are currently seeking a Supervisor Software Development Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Core Responsibility: Serve as a developer contributor in Enterprise Platform/Software Engineering to advance Software Engineering practices across UTG, introducing and enhancing standard CI/CD pipelines, introducing and enhancing Gen AI tools to improve developer productivity, introducing ways to measure developer productivity, creating developer self-service platforms to improve consistency, speed and quality.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

• Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

• Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation

Technical Skills & Tools

Required tools/technologies: Kubernetes, GCP, Azure, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jfrog, Wiz, GitHub

Strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring tools expertise, and automation capability expected.
