About the Role  

The role will support the end to end delivery with a focus on assigned projects Provide LMS operational support, manages employee tickets, communications & create solutions for learning projects' implementation via LMS.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the Workday Learning & performance management systems.   

• Provides full administrative support,  set-up and coordination for all initiatives to T&P BP and for the Talent and Performance team. 

• Ensures efficient delivery of talent, performance and learning processes and provides operational support as required. 

• Be an expert advisor for systems to stakeholders & business 

• Creating implementation solutions on systems for the assigned projects 

• Delivers operational L&D  tasks with a deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement​. 

• Delivers regular reports and data requests to CoE and its client groups 

• Provides troubleshooting assistance for users globally regarding for the LMS & PMS. 

• Troubleshoot issues relating to system functionality. 

• Handling Workday Cases raised by employees for Learning & Performance

• Maintain & improve the invoicing & budgeting processes & trackers 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications 

• Experience 2+ years in any LMS ( Learning Management System )

• Understanding of Learning & Development  

• Experience in Reporting & Analytics at Global level 

• Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders 

• Experience in project/programme management/coordination 

• Strong intercultural awareness and experience working within a complex and high pace international organisation 

Skills 

• Experience coordinating / managing projects 

• Good understanding of Learning & Development and Performance processes 

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI etc 

• Proficiency in MS Office & Google suite 

• Strong written and verbal communication to build solid relationships with internal stakeholders 

• Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment 

• Proactive attitude; self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently as needed 

• Strong interpersonal skills and resilience 

• Full proficiency in English 

Qualifications     

• Educated to Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline or have equivalent experience
