Sales Team Leader – Life Insurance
Company: Taurus BPO Services India LLP
Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift | Work from Office
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate (minimum qualification).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (Life Insurance preferred).
- Language Skills: Good English communication skills.
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Other: Experienced candidates only; freshers not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Drive sales of life insurance products and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives).
