Salon Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Salon Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in salon/spa management. The candidate should be capable of handling daily salon operations, managing staff and clients, and supporting basic social media activities. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building a premium salon brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day salon operations smoothly
• Supervise and coordinate staff (hair, beauty, nails team)
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle client queries/complaints
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and premium salon standards on the floor
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, and service flow efficiently
• Support billing, upselling, and achieving revenue targets
• Handle inventory coordination and basic stock tracking
• Assist in staff scheduling and attendance
• Support and manage salon’s social media page (posting, basic replies, coordination with marketing team)
• Ensure all SOPs and brand standards are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in salon/spa or service industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer handling ability
• Basic understanding of salon services (hair, skin, nails)
• Ability to manage team and multitask
• Basic knowledge of Instagram/social media handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
