Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, explaining company services/products, handling inquiries, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain company services, products, and offers to customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
• Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/Excel.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or demo sessions for the sales team.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build customer relationships.
• Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures during calls.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English (preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email, calling software).
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
