Job Description

  • Roles and responsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain company products/services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain customer data and call records.
  • Convert leads into appointments, visits, or sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide proper information.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
  • Candidate requirementsGood communication skills.
  • Basic computer or mobile app knowledge.
  • Ability to talk confidently on calls.
