We have an exciting opening for Customer support executive – Telesales

Designation: Customer support executive – Telesales

Department: Telesales

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Indore

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 per month (CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.4 LPA)

Qualification: 12th Pass 

Experience: 0–4 Years in Sales or Telesales

Languages Required: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years

Job Role:

• Drive insurance sales through outbound calling and lead conversion

• Achieve monthly sales and topline targets through the agency vertical

• Promote motor, health, travel, and non-motor insurance products

• Coordinate with agents and support recruitment & activation activities

• Ensure portfolio diversification across insurance products

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

• Work closely with team leads to meet business goals

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Persuasive and target-oriented approach

• Team collaboration and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Working Details:

• Rotational shifts

• 6 days working with rotational off
