As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our product & services , and converting leads into long-term customers. 🎯 Key Responsibilities : * Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. * Generate and qualify leads through calling, email, or online platforms. * Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or reports. * Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships. 💡 Requirements : * Excellent communication and convincing skills. * Strong sales aptitude and customer-handling ability. * Basic understanding of online sales preferred. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality. * Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome. 💰 Salary & Benefits : * Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience). * Attractive incentives and bonuses for achieving sales targets. *Qualification- 12th, Any Graduate, BE Diploma Instructions- Experience in solar industry is must
