Position Overview

The Telecaller – Residential Lead Generation & Qualification is responsible for outbound and inbound calling campaigns to generate, qualify, and nurture residential property leads. This role is critical to feeding the sales pipeline for under-construction primary sales, resale, and rental transactions across East Pune and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily outbound calling campaigns to generate fresh leads from databases, portals, and channel partner referrals.

Qualify inbound inquiries from portal listings (99acres, Housing.com, Magicbricks) and assign leads to appropriate Sales Executives (Primary Sales, Resale, or Rentals).


Conduct initial needs assessment: budget, property type, locality preference, timeline, and transaction type (purchase, resale, rental).

Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system, including call notes, follow-up dates, and lead status (hot, warm, cold, closed).

Schedule site visits and property viewings with qualified leads; provide basic property information and project details.

Follow up on warm leads to re-engage prospects and move them toward Sales Executive handoff.

Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure lead feedback and closure tracking for performance reporting.

Achieve daily call targets (typically 50–80 calls per day) and maintain a lead-to-qualified ratio of 1:3 or better.

Support campaign initiatives: WhatsApp broadcasts, bulk messaging, and special promotional events.


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Fluent in English and Marathi; Hindi is an asset.

Strong communication and listening skills; ability to build rapport with diverse prospects.

Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp; eagerness to learn new tools.

High resilience and ability to handle rejection; target-driven mindset.

Ability to sit at desk for extended periods and manage multiple inbound/outbound calls simultaneously.


Desired Skills

Knowledge of Pune real estate market, localities, and property pricing trends.

Familiarity with real estate portals (99acres, Housing.com, Magicbricks).

Experience with CRM platforms or Excel-based lead tracking.

Experience in sales support or customer relationship management.


Performance Metrics

Daily call volume: 50–80 outbound + inbound calls.

Lead qualification rate: 25–35% of calls result in qualified leads.

Site visit conversion: 60–70% of qualified leads attend property viewings.

Lead handoff accuracy: 100% of qualified leads assigned with complete notes.

CRM data hygiene: All calls logged within 24 hours with accurate follow-up dates.


Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Monthly incentive: ₹500 per qualified lead (minimum 50 qualified leads per month).

Performance bonus: ₹2000–₹10,000 based on monthly targets and lead-to-site-visit conversion.

5-day work week (Monday–Friday); 10:00AM– 7:00 PM.

Formal dress code; office provided with ergonomic workstations.


Professional development: Training in real estate fundamentals, sales techniques, and CRM tools (2-week onboarding).
