Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, particularly in the insurance domain, and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy-related questions through various communication channels.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed support.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in the insurance domain.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with various insurance products and services.
  • Experience in a customer support role within the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and standards.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in insurance or customer service are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
