Your Job
If you’re the kind of person who can look at freight data, spot inconsistencies instantly, and keep escalations under control without losing pace — this role plays directly to your strengths. Freight claims, returns, refusals, and payment accuracy are the backbone of transportation reliability at Kimberly-Clark, and your ability to control these processes is what protects cost, service, and compliance across the network.
You’ll work closely with carriers, freight payment partners, and internal teams to make sure every invoice, claim, return, and refusal is handled with precision and speed. If you enjoy solving operational problems, improving processes, and keeping transportation financially clean — you’ll be valued here.
You bring experience in supply chain operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume transportation data with accuracy. You’re comfortable dealing with carriers, freight payment partners, and internal teams — and you know how to keep documentation, invoices, claims, and reporting airtight.
What you’ll do
File, track, and resolve freight claims with complete documentation
Coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, and Network Transportation Managers on disputes and settlements
Support finance with chargebacks, accruals, and claim-related updates
Validate freight invoices, audit charges, and prevent overbilling or duplicate payments
Monitor freight payment provider (US Bank) for accuracy, visibility, and service quality
Manage transportation returns and refusals, ensuring quick resolution and root-cause identification
Analyze trends, create reports, and recommend process improvements
Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with legal and contractual claim requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support training where needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance
3–5 years of supply chain experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Blue Yonder TMS, SAP
English level C1+
Preferred: Tableau, Power BI, FourKites, US Bank Freight Payment experience
Shift Timing: 5:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. IST
