Travel Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible to handle domestic and international travel packages.

2. Prepare and collect tour documents including tour itinerary, feedback form, suppliers’ contacts and other related requirements for the tour 

3.Study, check and research for required information related to the tour such destinations, spot of interest…etc 

4. Reconfirm the services with related suppliers such restaurants, hotel, driver…etc 

5. Provide general information, explanation regarding tour destinations, visiting sites as well as culture, country facts, local tradition and other related to tour requirement 

6. Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group; ensure compliance with company policy or tour regulations. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

1.Extensive knowledge of country history, local culture, tradition as well as other facts .

2 Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

3 Good crisis resolution 

4. Good customer service skills 

5. Good knowledge of destinations and general knowledge of the country 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

1.Efficient communicator in English/ Hindi /Marathi

2. Good knowledge of destinations and general knowledge of the country

3.Graduate degrees, specialized in Tourism would be an advantage
