Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives for our Domestic BPO process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
• Provide product/service information as required
• Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system
• Follow company guidelines and communication scripts where required
