Work Force Manager PMO Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workforce Manager to lead PMO operations across large-scale programs. The role requires expertise in workforce planning, governance, and delivery oversight, with a strong focus on bench management, staffing value chain optimization, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor with strategic foresight to ensure organizational scalability and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Forecast demand, manage capacity, and align staffing with delivery needs.
- Bench Management: Optimize bench utilization, redeployment, and readiness for client engagements.
- L&D Management: Drive training programs, certifications, and skill readiness aligned to client demand.
- R&D Tracking: Monitor innovation initiatives, track adoption, and measure ROI of R&D efforts.
- Delivery Governance: Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and compliance standards for delivery excellence.
- Staffing Value Chain: Manage end-to-end staffing processes from talent acquisition to deployment.
- Cost Management: Oversee budgets, optimize workforce costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, delivery managers, and clients to align workforce strategies.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting workforce or delivery outcomes.
- Leadership: Mentor teams, foster collaboration, and build a high-performance culture.
