• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
• Manage labour, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
• Prepare material requirements and monitor site inventory.
• Perform quantity estimation, billing, and measurement verification.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules and company policies.
