• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor labour productivity and allocate work efficiently.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Track material usage and report material requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update project status.
• Resolve on-site issues and support the project team for timely execution.
