Job Description

Field Sales Executive – Fintech | Merchant Onboarding📍

Location: Rapur and nearby locations

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹26,500 per month

Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years

Asset Required: Must have a Two-Wheeler

  • Job ProfileVisit local merchants and shop owners for QR Code and Sound Box sales and onboarding.
  • Identify and approach potential merchants in the assigned territory.
  • Explain fintech products and services to merchants and complete the onboarding process.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with merchants and provide basic product support.
  • Submit regular field visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in Field Sales, Merchant Onboarding, QR Code, Sound Box, POS, Fintech, Digital Payments, or FMCG Sales will be preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Must own and use a Two-Wheeler for field visits.
