Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support
  • Understand client preferences, needs, and expectations to deliver personalized solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship reviews
