Sales & Marketing Executive – B2B Industrial Sales

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visiting plastic manufacturing factories across Chhattisgarh
• Meeting factory owners, purchase heads, and production teams
• Promoting our range of Masterbatches, Fillers, and Compounds
• Generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
• Converting challenging clients through strong communication and follow-up
• Handling market development and business expansion activities
• Reporting market feedback, competition insights, and customer requirements

✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 Year Experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in Plastic / Masterbatch / Polymer / Industrial Raw Material field will be Highly Preferred
• Strong Communication & Convincing Skills
• Mature, Responsible & Professionally Presentable Personality
• Must be Hardworking, Young & Field-Oriented
• Ability to handle B2B industrial clients confidently
• Candidate must own a Vehicle for market visits
• Long-Term Association mindset preferred
