Job Description
Title : Relationship Manager
- Work on leads provided by the bank and convert them into sales
- Manage and handle 2–3 assigned bank branches efficiently
- Cross-sell financial products such as CASA, Loans, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to clients
- Handle walk-in customers and resolve their queries effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Candidate Profile:
• Education : Any Graduate With Good Communication
• Experience : Must 2 YRS of Any Sale / Banking / Finance / Insurance
• Age : 22 to 32 YRS (Fresher's can't apply)
