Job Description

Requirements:

  • Male candidate based in Rajkot
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or any graduate
  • Basic sales & customer handling knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to travel for site visits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and demonstrate welding machines at client sites
  • Troubleshoot and repair machines
  • Perform maintenance and handle customer complaints
  • Maintain service reports and documentation
  • Provide basic technical guidance to customers
  • Support sales through demos and client coordination
  • Identify upselling opportunities and build customer relationships
