Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control.
• Handle procurement of raw materials, fabrication items, hardware, aluminum sections, electrical items, tools, and consumables.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain inward/outward records, GRN, stock registers, and documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics departments.
• Ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
• Prepare MIS reports related to stock, purchase, consumption, and reorder levels.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize wastage and losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Find out new vendors & negotiate best for industry.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of store management and procurement processes.
• Experience in fabrication/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP for inventory and purchase management.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage team and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory documentation.
