Telesales Executive

Telecaller – Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and explain courses, services, or products.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings, fees, schedules, and other details.

• Generate and maintain leads through phone calls, social media inquiries, and other sources.

• Follow up regularly with interested candidates/customers to convert inquiries into admissions or sales.

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the database or CRM system.

• Schedule appointments, counseling sessions, or meetings for the sales/counseling team.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Address customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Coordinate with the admissions, counseling, or marketing team for lead management and campaign activities.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Represent the organization professionally while communicating with clients and students.
