Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
- Update customer information accurately in CRM/software systems.
- Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve daily/monthly productivity and performance targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Maintain proper call documentation and records.
- Adhere to attendance, login/logout, and schedule compliance policies.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company data.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Prior BPO/Call Center experience will be an added advantage.
- Preferred SkillsGood listening and convincing skills.
