Job Description
Company: Sai NGO & Business Consultancy
Location: Birsa Chowk, Ranchi, Jharkhand
Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
- Working HoursMonday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
- Experience RequiredMinimum 1 Year Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Client Handling, or Related Field.
- QualificationMinimum 12th Pass
- Graduate Candidates Preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage hot leads and client inquiries.
- Coordinate with clients regarding due payments and service updates.
- Maintain customer records and call logs.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support office administration and client coordination activities.
- Communicate with clients through Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SalaryNegotiable, based on experience and skills.
