Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Professional to support and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to end users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and security patches.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
• Support technology projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and productivity tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
