Senior Tele Caller

Job Title: TelecallerJob Overview:A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and supporting sales or customer service operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products/services and answer questions clearly
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate when needed
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in required languages (e.g., Hindi, English, or regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient
• Persuasive and negotiation skills
• Active listening ability
• Qualifications:Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent
• Graduation preferred (not always mandatory)
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Work Environment:Office-based or remote (depending on company)
• May involve rotational shifts (especially in BPOs)
