About UsSK Photographer Ranchi is a leading wedding photography company specializing in Wedding Photography, Cinematic Videography, Pre-Wedding Shoots, Maternity, Birthday, and Event Photography. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with potential clients, handle inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with new and existing leads.
- Explain our photography packages and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
- Schedule meetings and studio visits for interested clients.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and photography team.
- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Fixed
- Performance Incentive: 5% incentive on every successfully converted lead, up to a maximum incentive payout of ₹20,000 per month.
