Vitika Foods Private Limited is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in premium Makhana (Foxnuts), Roasted & Flavoured Makhana, Millets, and Healthy Snacks.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and potential customers.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain customer database and sales records.
  • Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
  • Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Prior telesales, telecalling, or customer support experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and convincing skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
