Job Description

We are urgently looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations at our Royal Enfield service center.

  • Key Responsibilities:Supervise workshop floor activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors for timely job completion
  • Monitor repair quality and maintain Royal Enfield service standards
  • Ensure proper allocation of work among mechanics and staff
  • Handle customer concerns related to service and delivery
  • Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Track job progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery
