Relationship Manager - Retail
- New Client Acquisition: Identifying, pursuing, and converting potential borrowers through open-market lead generation, developer visits, and builder tie-ups. [1, 2]
- Channel Partner Management: Building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents, builders, and Direct Sales Associates (DSAs) to secure steady referral pipelines. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- File Processing: Ensuring all loan applications are complete with accurate KYC, financial documents, and property papers.
- First Time Right (FTR): Minimizing document errors and rework to ensure a swift turnaround time from application to loan sanctioning and disbursement. [1]
- Delinquency Control: Ensuring the customer profile is solid to prevent Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), occasionally assisting with early-stage collections if necessary. [1]
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhering strictly to lending norms, Fair Practices Code, and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines set by the regulator. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Customer Support: Guiding clients through the entire home loan journey, from eligibility calculation to post-disbursement queries.
- Issue Resolution: Resolving customer queries promptly and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
