Sales Executive

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives for Maruti Suzuki car sales operations under the supervision of Team Leaders. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, handling customer relationships, promoting Maruti Suzuki vehicles, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new customer enquiries and develop car sales business.

- Meet walk-in customers and conduct field sales activities.

- Explain vehicle features, variants, finance options, insurance, and exchange benefits.

- Conduct test drives and customer follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, and delivery teams.

- Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

- Update enquiries, follow-ups, and sales reports in CRM systems.

- Support showroom events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.

- Work closely with Team Leaders to improve showroom and market sales performance.

Required Skills:

- Sales and negotiation skills

- Automobile sales knowledge

- Lead generation and sales closing capability

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Experience in automobile or field sales is an added advantage

- Must possess valid Two-Wheeler / Four-Wheeler Driving License
