Job Description

About the Role

Star Automation Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Documentation Executive to manage accounting records, GST documentation, invoicing, purchase and sales records, and administrative documentation related to machine manufacturing projects.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, Excel, GST compliance, and document management.


  • Roles & Responsibilities-
  • Accounts Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Record daily financial transactions in Tally/ERP software.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Track customer payments and vendor payments.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with CA for accounting and taxation requirements.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
  • Documentation Responsibilities Maintain customer purchase orders, quotations, work orders, and project files.
  • Manage dispatch documentation, e-way bills, delivery challans, and invoices.
  • Organize machine project documentation and records.
  • Maintain vendor documents and purchase records.
  • Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of all company documents.
  • Support management with report preparation and data analysis.
  • Administrative Support Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records (if required).
  • Coordinate with purchase, sales, and production departments for documentation.
  • Prepare meeting records, correspondence, and official letters.
  • Handle office administration and document control activities.
