Job Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Design: Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD & Revit software based on project requirements, sketches, and specifications.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project objectives and incorporate design changes.
3. Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy of drawings.
4. Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
5. Project Support: Assist in project coordination and communication with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and project milestones.

Requirements:

1. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit, with knowledge of other relevant design software being a plus.
2. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
3. Detail-oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail and produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
4. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
5. Problem Solving: Capacity to identify and solve design issues creatively and efficiently.
6. Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
