Job Description
Locations: Telangana - Sanga Reddy and Kokapet
To support end-to-end HR operations across assigned kitchens (Narsingi & Sangareddy), with a primary focus on managing and administering contract workforce operations. The role ensures effective manpower planning, statutory compliance, vendor governance, cost control, and seamless workforce availability, while upholding employee engagement and adherence to organizational policies.
Contract Labour Management
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of contract employees across kitchens.
Coordinate with manpower agencies/vendors for deployment as per requirement.
Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and ID creation for contract staff.
Monitor contract workforce strength vs. approved manpower budgets
Vendor Coordination & Governance
Act as the primary point of contact for manpower vendors.
Ensure vendors adhere to agreed SLAs and contract terms.
Validate vendor bills against attendance, deployment, and agreed rates.
Maintain vendor performance records and highlight gaps.
Statutory Compliance (Critical Role)
Ensure compliance under:
Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
EPF & ESI provisions
Minimum Wages Act
Verify:
PF & ESI challans
Wage registers
leave records
Ensure contractors maintain required statutory registers and licenses.
Attendance, Wage & Billing Validation
Cross-check attendance of contract employees with kitchen records.
Validate wage payments as per minimum wages and agreed terms.
Scrutinize contractor invoices and recommend for payment.
Ensure no wage discrepancies or under payments.
Compliance Audits & Documentation
Maintain all contract labour documentation:
Agreements
Licenses
Employee records
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of contract labour laws and statutory compliance
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Attention to detail in audits and documentation
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Ability to handle field HR operations
Educational Qualification MBA / MSW in HR or equivalent
Experience3–6 years of experience in contract labour management
Experience in NGO, manufacturing, or large workforce environments preferred
Ability to manage multiple vendors and high-volume workforce
Preferred Profile
Experience handling 100+ contract workforce
Exposure to compliance audits and inspections
Strong coordination with operations teams
