Job Description
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Site Engineer who understands that execution is where design comes alive. This role is not just about supervision, it’s about owning the site, maintaining quality, and ensuring every detail is delivered as planned.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTake complete ownership of interior project execution at site
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve on-ground challenges proactively
- Maintain quality control across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishes
- Handle site measurements, BOQs, and material planning
- Ensure proper documentation (daily reports, site updates, checklists)
- Manage labor teams and enforce discipline on site
- Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained
- RequirementsDiploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior fit-outs
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and accountable mindset
- Comfortable handling multiple vendors and tight timelines
