Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage field operations, delivery logistics, and vendor coordination. The role requires flexibility, ownership, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily vehicle operations and delivery scheduling
• Supervise and coordinate with drivers for smooth operations
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Visit vendor offices regularly for:
* Outstanding payment follow-ups
* Complaint resolution
• Handle field-level issues and ensure quick resolution
• Be available beyond working hours when required (flexible availability expected)
Skills & Requirements:
• Must own and ride a 2-wheeler (mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work in field and handle pressure situations
• Flexible with working hours and responsibilities
