Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products (wall panels, finishes, designs, etc.)
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
  • Follow up with leads (calls, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Coordinate with installation/design team when required
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
