Social Media Manager (Content Publishing)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Social Media Manager to handle the day-to-day publishing of content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media tools and be able to upload, schedule, and publish content accurately and on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUpload videos, images, reels, shorts, and posts to social media platforms.
• Schedule content using platform scheduling tools or third-party software.
• Publish content according to the content calendar.
• Write or copy captions, hashtags, and descriptions provided by the team.
• Ensure posts are correctly formatted for each platform.
• Monitor scheduled posts and resolve publishing issues if they occur.
• Organize media files and maintain a structured content library.
• Coordinate with the content creation team to ensure timely publishing.
• Maintain consistency across all social media accounts.

• RequirementsBasic knowledge of social media platforms and their publishing tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of image and video formats.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow publishing schedules.
• Good English.
• Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.
• Preferred Skills managing multiple social media accounts, will train them if new to the field.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or simple image editing tools.
• Understanding of YouTube uploads, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and cloud storage.
• ExperienceFreshers with relevant knowledge are welcome.
• Prior experience in social media management is an advantage.
