Job Description

Daily recruitment through telecalling and candidate sourcing.

Screening candidates and scheduling interviews as per manpower requirements.

Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Handling employee documentation and joining formalities.

Preparing and maintaining daily HR reports in Excel.

Creating and managing UAN & ESIC registrations.

Maintaining labour registers and employee records as per compliance.

Coordinating with supervisors/management for manpower requirements.

Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups for joining.
