Job Description

Nutritional Assessment: Evaluating a client's health status, history, dietary habits, and current nutritional needs, develop tailored diet plans.

• Counselling: Diet counselling from time to time, modify diets as per need

• Diet Planning: Developing tailored, sustainable diet plans that fit client requirements acc to disorder, preferences, and health goals

• Education: Advising on healthy eating habits, importance of nutrition for well-being, and the relationship between diet and disease. Counsel for special needs in various conditions like muscle building, RA, Crohn’s

• Disease Management & Prevention: Assisting in managing conditions like diabetes, obesity, or food allergies through dietary changes.

• Documentation: All nutritional care, findings, diet plans documentation preservation

• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work as a team member with Duty doctors, coordinators and other professionals for betterment of patient careMonitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed.
