Primary Teacher – Job DescriptionShekhawati Public School (SPS), Hetamsar

Position: Primary Teacher (Classes 1 to 5)

1. Key Responsibilities:Teach students of Classes 1 to 5 as per assigned subjects.
2. Build strong foundations in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Mathematics.
3. Prepare and follow daily lesson plans effectively.
4. Check classwork, homework, and notebooks regularly.
5. Maintain classroom discipline and proper class management.
6. Prepare students for unit tests, monthly tests, and examinations.
7. Track student progress and share updates with parents when required.
8. Participate actively in school meetings, events, and academic activities.
9. Monitor student attendance, behavior, and overall performance.
10. Complete all academic and administrative tasks assigned by school management on time.

• Qualification:Graduation is mandatory
• B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. preferred
• Prior teaching experience in primary classes will be an advantage
• Required Skills:Good communication skills
• Strong subject knowledge
• Ability to handle young children patiently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Responsible and disciplined attitude
• Working Hours:As per school timings
• Punctuality and regular attendance are compulsory
• Additional academic duties may be assigned when required
• Terms & Conditions:Discipline and dress code are mandatory
• Unauthorized absence may lead to disciplinary action
• Respectful behavior with students, parents, and colleagues is compulsory
• Must follow school policies and management instructions
