Job Description

🌾 Farm Manager Required – Sohna, Gurgaon (Haryana)


Farm Details: 23 acres | Crop: Open Vegetable Farming| Location: Sohna, District Gurgaon

Accommodation: Provided on farm


Job Role:

1. Daily farm operations & labour management 

2. Irrigation scheduling, fertigation, pest/disease scouting

3. Soil pH/EC/moisture checks & maintain daily reports with photos

4. Input inventory, machinery upkeep, harvest coordination

5. Report to owner on WhatsApp daily


Requirements:

- Experience: Min 4 yrs in farming / BSc Agri / Diploma Agri preferred

- Must know basic smartphone use for photos & WhatsApp reporting

- Hardworking, honest, should stay on farm

- Local candidates from Haryana/Rajasthan/UP preferred


Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + free stay
