JOB TITLE: HR Executive – Plant Operations (Male Candidate Preferred)

Company: Seven Seas Beauty Products Private Limited

Location: Khasra No. 61/22/2, Village Rathdana, Sonipat, Haryana – 131001

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Industry: Cosmetics / FMCG Manufacturing

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Executive to support our plant HR operations and workforce management activities.

Position SummaryThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing plant HR operations, labor management, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and workplace hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess sound knowledge of labor laws and factory HR practices.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce & Labor ManagementHandle contract labor and workforce deployment as per production requirements.
  • Coordinate with labor contractors for manpower planning and availability.
  • Monitor worker discipline, productivity, and attendance.
  • Maintain labor records, contractor documentation, and statutory registers.
  • Attendance & Payroll CoordinationMaintain daily attendance through biometric/manual systems.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Prepare attendance reports for salary processing.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with Minimum Wages Act, Factory Act, and other labor laws.
  • Verify PF, ESIC, Bonus, and contractor compliance documentation.
  • Maintain statutory records and support labor audits and inspections.
  • Monitor contractor wage payments and legal compliance.
  • Employee RelationsAddress employee grievances and workplace concerns.
  • Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee counseling.
  • Hygiene, Safety & AdministrationEnsure plant hygiene, housekeeping, and sanitation standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping teams and department heads.
  • Support implementation of 5S, GMP, and workplace safety practices.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plant facilities and employee amenities.
  • Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate recruitment of blue-collar and staff employees.
  • Conduct initial screening and interview scheduling.
  • Complete joining formalities and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Desired SkillsStrong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Experience in labor handling and workforce management.
  • Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
  • QualificationMBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / MSW / Graduate with relevant HR experience.
  • Experience2–5 years of experience in Plant HR, Factory HR, or Manufacturing HR.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Attendance accuracy and payroll support.
  • Labor management and manpower availability.
  • Compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Employee grievance resolution.
  • Plant hygiene and discipline maintenance.
  • Recruitment closure and onboarding effectiveness.

Male candidates having experience in manufacturing/plant HR operations will be preferred.
