Business Development Manager (BDM)

💼 Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to be based in Surat who will handle day-to-day management, client coordination, and event support for the Forum. This role will directly support the Vice Chairperson in strategic activities, communication, and business growth initiatives.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client communication: meetings, emails, and calls.
• Coordinate with embassies, corporates, and delegations for B2B meetings.
• Assist in planning and managing events, conferences, and summits.
• Work closely with social media & website teams to ensure timely updates and digital campaigns.
• Contribute to social media strategy & content planning.
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Delhi office, Surat office, and external partners.
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Good with emails, client handling, and professional correspondence.
• Event management or business development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Proactive, organized, and self-driven.
