Sales Executive (Inside / Inbound – TeleSales)
Position
Sales Executive – Inside / Inbound (TeleSales)
Roles & Responsibilities
· Call interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
· Understand customer business needs and schedule product demos.
· Deliver simple and clear product demos over call/video.
· Handle customer queries and explain how our software saves time & effort.
· Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentives.
· Follow the company’s structured sales process (SOP).
· Support smooth onboarding of customers after closure.
Key Skills Required
· 0–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / TeleSales / B2C Sales.
· Comfortable speaking with customers over phone or video calls.
· Strong communication & convincing skills.
· Must know Hindi & English.
· Target-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
🎓 Education
· Graduate from any recognized university
· MBA / M.Com preferred (not mandatory)
