Job Description
Branch Banking POS Retail Sales
Manage branch business related to POS machines and digital payment acceptance solutions.
Promote and sell banking POS products to retail merchants and business customers.
Handle field sales activities and direct marketing of banking products and services.
Acquire new merchants for POS, QR, Soundbox, and payment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and customers.
Achieve sales targets for POS deployment and payment acceptance products.
Cross-sell banking products such as General Insurance, Health Insurance, Loans, and other asset products.
Coordinate with branch teams for merchant onboarding and service support.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per bank policies.
Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
