Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
HR Operations:
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Organise employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Coordinate attendance and payroll data with the accounts team.
- Maintain statutory and compliance-related records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Handle general HR administration tasks.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS records.
- Support management with various HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, and employee documentation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRMS software.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
