HR Manager (Recruitment & Team Handling)
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sales, telecallers, staff)
- Post jobs on portals like Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia
- Screen and schedule candidates
- Manage employee attendance & coordination
- Reduce attrition and improve team stability
Requirements:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Experience in bulk hiring preferred
