Head Of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, accounts, and plant roles
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and personal networks
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting
• Coordinate with department heads for final selection
• Ensure timely hiring for critical roles (sales team, plant staff, back office)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities

2. Salary & Compensation Management

• Finalize salary structures for new hires
• Handle salary negotiations with candidates
• Maintain internal salary parity and cost control
• Assist in payroll inputs and revisions

3. KRA & Performance Management (Sales & Marketing Focus)

• Define and track KRA/KPI for sales and marketing teams
• Monitor performance vs targets (monthly tonnage, market development, client acquisition)
• Coordinate with sales heads for performance reviews
• Support incentive structure planning and tracking

4. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Coordinate with HR agencies and consultants
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic compliance
• Support office administration and coordination
